My Students

My students come from a variety of backgrounds with about half coming from low-income homes. Many of my students come from military families stationed nearby. My students are always eager to learn and take every opportunity to better themselves. Their desire to learn inspires me to do whatever I can to provide them the resources they need to be successful.

Activities that inspire students to solve real problems help to create leaders that are prepared to solve problems.

Most of my class is based on projects. My students love to explore, create, and learn from their experiences.

My Project

My students need a 3D Printer so they can print the 3D models that they create in SketchUP. They are currently designing tiny houses that could be a solution for low-income housing needs in the future. With a physical model printed with a 3D printer, they will be able to give a better presentation to the class. It will help them create better models by highlighting how the size and scale of objects relate to each other in the model.

3D Printers will bring my students creations to life.

This will give them a whole new sense of accomplishment.
